These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xv666 ("xv666", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at xv666.ws, including all games, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the Service.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the xv666 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. xv666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To open and maintain an xv666 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register or programme you have enrolled in voluntarily.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of xv666 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

xv666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified, or where verification reveals ineligibility, will be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance held in an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold one and only one xv666 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. xv666 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• xv666 implements KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with platform policy. As part of this process, you may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed.
• xv666 reserves the right to close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirement on an active bonus must be resolved before a closing withdrawal can be processed.

xv666 maintains a record of all account activity including login history, game play, deposits and withdrawals in accordance with its data retention policy. This data may be used during disputes or KYC investigations.

xv666 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and the equivalent in USDT at current market rates for crypto deposits. There is no maximum deposit cap for USDT transactions.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name. xv666 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Attempts to deposit using another person's payment account will result in the transaction being rejected and may trigger a KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times for other methods may vary. xv666 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• xv666 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a KYC verification review. Players will be notified by email to their registered mobile number if a withdrawal is placed on hold for verification purposes.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated, xv666 reserves the right to suspend the account and reverse any associated gameplay winnings pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies applicable to their winnings in their jurisdiction. xv666 does not withhold tax on player winnings and does not provide tax advice.

All bonus offers made available on xv666 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins — are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may carry additional terms that supplement but do not replace these general terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds first before bonus funds are applied, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• The standard welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement calculated on the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate or secondary account constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

xv666 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus hedging), coordinated multi-account exploitation of a single promotion, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to exhaust a wagering requirement at minimal variance. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

xv666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming on xv666 is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit may be decreased immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xv666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable laws. xv666 is committed to full co-operation with law enforcement authorities in connection with any such investigation.
• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the name of another person, with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for regular human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not payable and will be reversed. xv666 uses automated systems and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate suspension pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to the return of bonuses, promotional winnings, or any balance associated with the prohibited activity.

All content available on xv666.ws — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, design, and audio-visual content — is the property of xv666 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The xv666 brand name and logo are trademarks of xv666 and may not be used without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform for commercial or non-personal use. Any unauthorised use of xv666 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xv666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform, including any service interruptions, technical faults, or periods of downtime caused by maintenance, server issues, or factors outside xv666's reasonable control such as third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, or from security vulnerabilities in your personal device or network connection that are outside xv666's control.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or transaction on the platform. All games are provided by certified third-party providers with independently verified RNG systems. xv666 does not control and cannot guarantee specific game outcomes.

xv666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform functionality, payment processing arrangements, or business practices. When material changes are made, xv666 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on xv666.ws with the effective date of the revision clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of xv666 after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. xv666 recommends that players review the Terms at least once every three months.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the xv666 platform, xv666 will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with you through its customer support team. Players are encouraged to raise any complaint in the first instance by contacting [email protected] with full details of the issue. xv666 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
